Introduction to Business and Enterprise at Maplesden Noakes
At Maplesden Noakes School both staff and students are encouraged to be enterprising, to:

We have used our specialist status in Business and Enterprise to invest in resources and training to benefit all curriculum areas; to raise standards of achievement and the quality of learning for all our students.
We are developing strong business and community links to support innovative teaching and learning; to extend students' economic and business understanding; financial and enterprise capabilities; providing them with a wide range of work-related learning opportunities to develop the vital skills that they will need to progress into employment, self-employment or higher education.
As a specialist school we realise we have much to offer..... We seek to provide support to our partner primary and secondary schools, to local businesses and members of the community; sharing resources; expertise; providing unique learning opportunities to put ourselves as the specialist ‘Extended' secondary school at the ‘heart ‘ of the local community.
