Thank you for your interest in The Maplesden Sixth Form. Please complete the details below to join our waiting list.  

You will need to indicate which courses you are interested in. Please use the 'Sixth Form Courses Overview 2025-27' document linked below to check that you meet the course requirements. This is in addition to the five grade 4 or above results to required to access Sixth Form.

You will need to upload photos of your GCSE results, these must be full page and show your name, subjects and results clearly, you may upload up to 5 images.
